ORGANIZER

The 11.11 Spend & Win Contest (“Contest”) is organized by Ecom Marketing Pte Ltd (“Organizer”). By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest runs from 10 November 2026 to 17 November 2026, both dates inclusive (“Contest Period”). Purchases made outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

ELIGIBILITY

1. The Contest is open to all residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above as of the date of entry.
2. The Contest is valid exclusively for purchases made through the following Tineco Singapore Official Stores:

• Tineco Official Store on Shopee Singapore
• Tineco Official Store on Lazada Singapore
• Tineco Official Store on TikTok Shop Singapore

1. Purchases from other retailers, resellers, third-party sellers, or other sales channels are not eligible.
2. Participation is voluntary. Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

CONTEST MECHANICS

To participate, customers must purchase Tineco products with a minimum final transaction amount of $450 in a single order from any of the eligible Official Stores during the Contest Period.

CONTEST CRITERIA

1. The qualifying purchase amount shall be calculated based on the final amount paid after deducting applicable vouchers, discounts, coins and other promotional benefits.
2. Each qualifying order must be delivered and marked as completed on the respective online marketplace before the entry can be considered valid. Orders that are canceled, refunded, returned or otherwise invalidated will not qualify for the Contest.
3. Eligible participants must complete the Contest Registration Form and upload a valid proof of purchase on or before 30 November 2026.
4. Each qualifying order constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is supported by a separate qualifying order.
5. Each order may only be used once. Duplicate submissions for the same order will count as one entry only.
6. All details provided in the Contest Registration Form must be accurate, true, and complete for verification purposes.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to request additional information or supporting documents to verify the validity of any entry.
8. All prizes are awarded on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable or transferable, or redeemable for other items or vouchers, in whole or in part.
9. The Organizer will not be responsible if a prize is damaged after it has been received by the winner.

PRIZES

The Contest offers the following prizes:

Grand Prize: Two (2) iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB, each valued at $2,099.

Consolation Prizes: One hundred and thirty (130) winners will each receive $35 cashback.

WINNER SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT

1. Winners will be selected through a random selection process conducted by the Organizer from all eligible entries.
2. Each participant is entitled to win only one (1) prize, regardless of the number of entries submitted.
3. Winners will be announced on 15 December 2026 through Tineco Singapore’s official online marketplace stores.
4. The Organizer will contact winners using the contact details provided in the Contest Registration Form.
5. Winners must respond within seven (7) days and provide any required information for prize fulfilment. Failure to respond or provide the required information may result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

PRIZE FULFILMENT

1. Grand Prize winners are required to collect their iPhone 18 Pro Max from the Tineco Service Centre at 138 Joo Seng Road, #02-01, Singapore 368361, by 31 December 2026. The collection date and time shall be mutually agreed upon between the Organizer and the winner. Winners are responsible for making their own transport arrangements and bearing all associated costs. Failure to collect the prize within the stipulated period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
2. The $35 cashback will be transferred to the eligible winners via PayNow, subject to successful verification and fulfilment requirements.
3. Winners must provide accurate information necessary for prize fulfilment. The Organizer will not be responsible for unsuccessful prize delivery or transfer resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the winners.
4. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the winners in connection with the acceptance or use of their prizes.

PERSONAL DATA

By participating in this Contest, participants agree and consent to the Organizer collecting, processing and using their personal data for the purposes of administering this Contest and for marketing or promotional purposes.

The Organizer will handle personal data in accordance with applicable Singapore data protection laws and its applicable privacy policy.

GENERAL TERMS

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Contest or these Terms and Conditions where necessary, subject to applicable laws.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have provided false information, submitted fraudulent entries or otherwise breached these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance or use of any prize, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
4. The Organizer's decision on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
5. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Shopee, Lazada or TikTok. These platforms are not responsible for the Contest or its prizes.
6. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
