How do I join the Campaign?

Spend $900 or more in a single purchase on the ECOVACS Official Website to qualify for a chance to win one (1) iPhone Duo (256GB), worth $3,099. Qualifying spend is calculated after vouchers and discounts, excluding shipping fees.

When will the winners be announced?

Winners will be announced on ECOVACS Singapore's official Facebook and Instagram pages and/or participating platforms on 18 December 2026

How do I claim the prize if I’m a winner?

The winner will be contacted via their registered purchase platform or phone number and must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification, failing which an alternate winner may be selected. The winner shall bear any delivery or shipping costs associated with the prize, where applicable. ECOVACS shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the prize during delivery, except where required by applicable law.

  1. The ECOVACS Singapore 11.11 “Spend & Win” Campaign runs from 10 November 2026 at 8:00 PM to 13 November 2026 (Singapore time).
  2. Spend S$900 or more in a single purchase on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or the ECOVACS Official Website (https://ecovacstineco.com.sg/) to qualify for a chance to win one (1) iPhone Duo (256GB), worth S$3,099. Qualifying spend is calculated after vouchers and discounts, excluding shipping fees.
  3. Each complete S$900 spent in a single eligible order earns one (1) entry. [Confirm entry allocation for orders exceeding the threshold.]
  4. The campaign is open to Singapore residents aged 18 and above. Cancelled, refunded, returned or fraudulent orders are not eligible.
  5. One (1) winner will be randomly selected across all participating platforms and announced on ECOVACS Singapore’s official Facebook, Instagram and/or participating platforms on 18 December 2026.
  6. The winner will be contacted via their registered purchase platform or phone number and must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification, failing which an alternate winner may be selected.
  7. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, except where required by law.
